I thought it was pretty good.. up there with the first one in terms of watchability (if that's even a word).

* POTENTIAL SPOILER *

Weakest link? Katie Holmes. Too young, and too soft to play her role. Would have preferred someone with a little more spirit and class. Kate Beckinsdale or Ashley Judd. Otherwise a very strong addition to the Batman franchise (which isn't saying much). :)

I think that this one is very good. Follows the character more and it's a lot darker. Exactly the way that the Bat should be. I thought that the first Batman film was good but the others all went downhill. This one is right up there with the first one.

But her nipples were so (obnoxiously) pokey at the final walking around the rubble scene. She should get glam points for those. Twisted Evil

I actually liked her character...

Well, she won't be back for the sequel. Warner Brothers has dissed her:

She won't be in the sequel...the next romantic interest will be a much stronger actress...Warner is happy that people are now focusing on who'll be playing the Joker rather than Katie and Tom.

Touche.
