Hi, because I'm Canadian I was not able to get a multiple -entry when I first got my visa, now I plan to head out of the country for my holidays, but during december break I also left the country, and my visa is single entry, my question is am I able to get the same kind of permit I got in December or not? Am I able to leave Korea for my holidays, or am I stuck here? If you know please let me know asap.

Yes you can get another single re-entry permit if you want, no problem. Canadians can get multiple re entry permits too, just not at the Korean consulates. Bring the paperwork and 50,000W to the immigration office and they'll have you set in no time.

Can't you do it at the airport? Or is that only a one timer?

I got mine just recently at Mokdong immigration and did not need my ARC Card. Course, it's always handy to have. Just needed my passport. They can look up your ID# via your passport number i would imagine.
