Hi Everyone,
Just new to the board and was wondering if anyone has any information about smiling korea. I'm looking at coming over to Korea in early August and was wondering if they are a good organisation to go through??
Any advice or info would be great.
Cheers

I got my last job through Smiling Korea and it's turned out to be a great hakwon to work at. I think my recruiters name was John... He gave me a little bit of wrong information when it came to the job description, but otherwise, he was efficient and responsive. Because I was already in Korea, I had the advantage of going to visit one of the schools that he suggested and that I liked the sound of... From there, I negotiated with the school and John was just the middleman.
I am happy with my job, but not because of my recruiter... You can't really link the two. Getting a good job is hit and miss. Good luck with your search. |

I too have seen a few recommendations for SmilingKorea, both on this board, and on the EFL-Law.com website. |
