Does anybody know of current costs for the ferry to China from Seoul? How long does it take and which is the best service etc. Any recommendations on booking etc.

I almost did my trip to china that way. It runs aroun 140000, one way aroun 240000 roundtrip

you can call the Seoul Tourist Center or visit them to get the agencies numbers, they actually placed reservations for my friend

most boats are around 18hr trips and don't run daily

Tianjin I believe is the closest to Beijing, but Yantai isn't too bad (overnight train into beijing)
