Does the underground market in Namdaemun sell Oatmeal. I'm interested in the big container "Quick" oats. Not interested in buying from Itaewon Black market. Any suggestions? --Tembo Shocked

Namdaemun has Quaker Oats in the big-ass blue and red container. You can get the flavoured ones at Costco.

I see it in all the shops in HBC and Kyungridan and in Itaewon places like the Foreign Food Mart on the hill.
