hello,
sending a new teacher to japan to get a visa for her hagwon. can anyone help me out here?
this is what i can remember from last tiem i went, but maybe it has changed:
-passport
-bluepaper
-money for visa fee
BUT, do you need:
-copy of hagwon's business registration
-sealed transcripts
anything else?

I may be wrong but I think the latter things you mention in order to get the blue paper (sealed transcripts, if requested, original degree etc.)
So that would mean just blue paper, passport and I think you also need some passport sized photos... and the fee, of course! |

I just went and I only needed the blue paper and my passport. In Fukuoka there was a photo booth inside the Consulate that he/she can use.
Make sure the teacher has the address of the school and their address in Korea. Also, the address of some hotel in Fukuoka or wherever they are doing their run as they might need to give it to Japanese immigration. |
