I've been getting some info from the immigration authorities in Seoul. I was told that I needed a korean marriage paper and recognition of our marriage from the Canadian embassy in Seoul.
I have no experience in this field and wondered if anyone else here had to do that same, and what you did to get your F-2 visa.
thanks

I dont' have the F2 visa, but the paperwork at the canadian embassy is very simple. take a look at their site or go visit them. Follow the instructions exactly or eles you will have to make extra trips. I think it costs about cdn$100 |

but what papers specifically are they going to ask for?
Do I need a korean marriage certificate to goto the Canadian embassy?
Do I just sign some forms at the Canadian embassy and voila your married?
Some experienced and detailed info would be greatly appreciated, this thread could be very useful for us all in the future.
