I'm selling my ex-boyfriend's electric guitar. It's been sitting in my house since he was deported back to the UK a few years ago. I have never heard from him again, partly because I changed my phone and e-mail. I lost all of his contact information, and could care less.

He loved this thing, and said it was a gift. I remember him saying it was built in Korea, maybe a few years before the millenium. I have no idea what it is worth? Maybe 70,000 won? I'm just guessing at the price though. Go ahead and make an offer. If you are nice, I might let it go for less. With the case is a piece of paper that says, "Epiphone Slash Les Paul Classic." It is signed with, "Sorry we missed you in Seoul! ~ Slash" in black marker on the front.

Here is a similar photo (minus the writing) which I googled, because I am at work and haven't taken a digital photo yet. I think the actual guitar I have is darker and looks much more pretty.

Can you take a picture of the signature itself and post it?

You could get more online. Why not try a Korean auction site. Talk to Harpeau, he's the resident guitar aficionado on this board.

Hi,
If this is a real post, I am interested. I will offer you 200,000 but I am leaving soon and must come see it ASAP.
I will have to mail it home or pay for extra baggage, so please let me know if 200,000 sounds ok.
Nolan

You might want to find the make & model number in order to get an idea what it is worth.

Do you mind me asking what you actually sold it for?
I have a feeling this is not for real.

Wow. I doubt she'd give you an answer seeing as you phrased it like that.

The next morning, I sold it to a student who was just crazy for a guitar.

Thanks for the interest!

As for price, well, it was higher than Harpo's offer of $50.

Buy low. Sell high.

Post free ads on Dave's.

I have some friends at businesses in Seoul. Do you think they could post free ads on Dave's?

In case you are curious Bulsajo, WNP does pay for advertising on this site.

WNP is not my own personal home business, and I don't get a paycheck from WNP.
