I have done numerous searches and I couldn't find anything on this. Sorry if this has already been answered before but I need some help. The school that I work for has recentely set up pension accounts for its foriegn teachers (six months late). However, they have not made any of the necessary payments to the accounts. Every time we approach them about the subject they give us the runaround. Each time we discuss it then they tell us that they have just taken care of everything and all deposits have been made. They haven't been. We are wondering what are rights are in respect to this. Do we contact the labor board? This game they are choosing to play has been going on for months. We are tired of playing and want to take some action. Thanks for your help.
