I posted this question within another thread, but I haven't received any responses yet. So, I thought I'd try posting it on its own:

Does anyone know of charitable organizations in Seoul that offer free or low-fee psychological counseling services? I'm looking for services for Koreans, not ex-pats. I have a Korean friend who needs immediate psychological help, but he doesn't have enough money to see a full-fee psychologist.

I know that such services exist in most major cities, but I can't speak enough Korean to know where to look.

I heard of a community center down in Kwatcheon that has counseling services. Read about it about 9 months ago. Don't have the info. Do a little investigating.
