Can anyone tell me which Korean banks accept foriegn bank cards. I'm In Ulsan, and really need to access a Canadian Account via ATM.

You'll have the best luck using the machines in post offices, most of which provide international service. Also sure bets are the machines found in subway stations, and the newer machines in some 7/11s and Ministops.

Look at the symbol on the back of your card, then look for a machine with that symbol. My TD card is Fplus and I was able to use the machines in the Subway stations but I am in Seoul, try subway stations or any tourist hotspot...

Hey there
Ulsan does not have many bank machines that accept foreign cards (or at least they didn't a year ago). The one place that I found relieable was the Global ATM at the KEB bank near city hall.
