Thanks |

If this is the same MH I am thinking of (early/late 50s, big white guy, spends a lot of time in Manila):
1. He is not a fiduciary as far as I know. I personally do not work with any asset manager who does not hold a legal N.A. fiduciary lic
2. Seems to have issues with alcohol (see him occasionally acting like a dick in bars in Manila where is really based).
My personal feeling is that he's a con artist but I have no data to back it up. He is part of a circle of regulars in the same bars in Seoul and MNL I go to (I commute regularly, work in a different industry) and my relationship with him is at most a friendly head nod. Lol, might not be so friendly anymore....but I could not give 2 shits. |

Regency Asset Management are now owned by a company called 'Old Mutual' I've got a policy with them through Mark Howarth that's increased by about ten percent in the last ten years, so no complaints here. |
