Does anybody know a place in Kwangju that will develop film AND put the picutres on a CD ROM? For the life of me I can't find a place at least out here on the west edge of town.

The best thing to do is ask if the shop owner if they have a negative scanner, check with your university, they may have one in the multi-media department that you could use/borrow or whatever.
If you come up to Seoul aparently there's a place right near the canadian embassy that does it for 5,000 per roll of film. |

they don't here, went to both photo places in E-Mart and they said no. First place I checked |
