Sorry gang, too lazy to find an appropriate link to append this to, and not even sure this should be in this forum, but...

I've found a very cheap and somewhat fun way to move back to wherever.

www.freighterworld.com

My colleagues are taking this method and it seems spot on. I'll write up second post giving details of the move itself....in 3 weeks (when they've completed it).

Shoosh,

Ryst

There's not a Korean port. So you're sitting on a freighter for 15-20 days, crossing the atlantic? Holy cow.

Hey Z, you just need to click around some more. Lots of 'em seem to stop in Pusan. The route through the Suez Canal ending in New York sounds really fun, plus an average of five days in each port. Cool! Thanks for the tip Ryst. I'll get lots more stamps in my passport this way.

Last thing I need. South American stamps would rock, though. Gettin' filled up with Thailand/Malaysian triangles.

If it stops in Busan, I'll have to remember it. Might be fun to do sometime. Would like to hear Ryst's second-hand account, when it comes.
