I do not think my grammar concept and the capacity of vocabulary have the serious problems.
But I can't satisfy my composition teacher with good sentences. 
so how do I do it well? |

Practice, practice, practice.
Ask your teachers for diagnostic tests to discover your weak points and then work on them.

Keep practicing and try to write long sentence or easy, I am sure they will help you to improve your English.
