Chinese food is awesome and definitely one of the highlights of being in China. I really enjoy cooking Chinese food at home (though am not very good). My favorite cuisine to cook is Sichuan, and I even have chilli, hua jiao, and dou ban sent from Sichuan! I think ingredients are really important in cooking and when you smell the chilli that comes from Sichuan it is just wonderful!
