I swim on holidays!
I look around and of course there are young people .
But for some reason, there are many more older people than young people . Shocked
I am going to keep swimming until I get old. Very Happy

I love swiming, but I am not very good at it.
Recently, I almost do nothing for my health.
I try to do some easy Yoga befor sleep, but I always can not insist on it......

but I do think all of us shoud take more care of our health.

Be healthier, Be happier!

Thats right.I am happy after sport.
Yoga is a good way to move the body slowly isnt it? It helps our metabolism!
 I exercise before I go to sleep.And then I can sleep well.How about exercise,too?
By the way, when I went to the swimming pool last Sunday, it was free because last Sunday was a special day.I was Lucky.

hmm swimming..When people want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, going to a resort to unwind or simply going swimming in a pool with friends or family, is a common option for many people. It is a way of relaxation to ease the tensed muscles of the body because with a clear head and relaxed body, one can be more productive.
