Try learning English online using Skype. It's a great way to learn and all my students have improved their skills in this way. Contact me and maybe we can set up a time convenient to your schedule.

You already have a number of English skills. An excellent way to continue to develop those skills is to read. Start with books at a level where you find only 3-4 words or less per page that you don't understand. There are many excellent stories that a person in their 30's and beyond would enjoy and are written at a level young learners can understand. NOT the abbreviated texts of classic novels! Books like Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls. Reading quality literature gives you usually correct grammar, you pick up the rhythm of the English language, and helps you fine-tune your English skills. You also do something that is enjoyable, not a bunch of boring grammar lessons. If you try it and need suggestions for books, let me knowtell me the genre you're most interested in. Reading "best sellers" is not advisable.

its our problem too ,when i try to speak with my self i do it very well but when i try to speak to other persons i feel shy ans afraid of looking stuiped but one by one i have began to speak to my close friend and break my fear,
h agree with the opinion which says that the fastest way to learn anything is to practice it.

See, English as a language, not knowledge. If you take admission in college to learn English, its good, but it does not mean that you have full command on it until unless you practice on it. Practice makes a man perfect.

There are many opportunities to learn English without any investment. You just need to browse platforms from internet. Visit the following;

My suggestion is immersion. If you are always speaking your own language then it is hard to practice a English. I've taught ESL in China and would encourage my students to make friends with English speakers. If there aren't English speakers in your area then find a friend who also desires to practice English and speak only in English to each other for the whole day.

Ideally, going to an English speaking country and spending 8+ hours per day in an English environment would be great but that is not always practical. I would suggest small ESL schools like www.alidallas.com which are reasonably priced and you can do a short term study of 3 months up to 16 months.

Even here in the US, I encourage my ESL students from other countries to make American friends. It is easy for ESL students in America to go to class and then hang out with friends from their home country. Sometimes you have to go outside of your comfort zone. I would suggest being creative and have fun. Studying alone for one hour each night is good disciple BUT there are limitations.

Finding out what works for you is best!

Everything is possible if you have the exact aim. The most important in learning the language is the practice. So, be patient, try to communicate with the foreigners, watch the films without the translation, read the books and sooner or later your language skills will be improved

I can agree with Leslie. There are so many opportunities to improve your english knowledge. You can watch films online, listen to music, and communicate with native speakers. In case you would need some help with the writing of assignments, you can contact specialists. Best of luck!
