Through the discussion the teacher ____the concept that they could decrease violence and increase peace in their own lives by giving up the idea of fighing with others.
A. passed B. introduced
From a native's point of view, can we "pass a concept" or "introduce a concept"?

Introduced. It would not be correct to use the word passed here. You could also say,
The teacher discussed the concept that they could decrease violence and increase peace in their own lives by giving up the idea of fighing with others.
It flows a bit better.

And "idea" would sound better than "concept", to me.
Just because concept is more often followed by "of". "concept that" sounds a bit funny to me.
Not saying it's wrong, necessarily, just awkward.
