The show was filmed in Ukraine; the website, by the way, is very critical of parents' decision to allow their daughters to visit those dance classes.
I am sure that in US or Canada the organizers would be charged with a sexual exploitation of minors (as you can see, some girls are as young as five! And their attire is seriously "suggestive"!) But in Ukraine they apparently still live in legal vacuum |
