I'm student in Korea.
We have no time to exercise because
there are lots of classes everyday.
Also, we're busy in weekend to go academy.

So, many of us relieve this in eating and
don't exercise because it makes us tired.

But we're going fat, so WE MUST DO EXERCISE.
How we can do exercise in this little time?

We can do simple exercise like stretch.
Or we can go schoolyard and play a soccer in lunch time... Don't study and have a break kkk Laughing

You're right 1205, sometimes you have to take a break! Laughing

I would suggest push ups, squats and some sit ups every morning. Just do 3 sets of 20 reps every morning. It's not a complete workout but it is at least something and it only takes about 5 minutes or less.

If you're looking for a full body weight workout there are many "freeletics" or bodyweight exercises on Youtube!
