Can I say like below?

I subscribed this email address to an electronic version of the journal.

I would say, "I subscribed to an electronic version of the journal using this email address." which is what I think you meant.

I had this email address subscribed to XXX.

Please see the last sentence in a paragraph below.

We would like to confirm that a subscriber on our list can unsubscribe from the SSJ-Forum through
the secession application procedure form https://cal.iss.u-tokyo.ac.jp/ssjforum/unscribe or sending
ALL of the addresses you have had subscribed to the Forum.

Well I guess it's okay, but I would probably use, "I used this email address to subscribe to XXX."
