When I was reading an English novel, I met expressions of which I couldn’t understand the meanings. I would be happy if you could help me.
In the novel, high school students are playing a co-ed basketball game in a gym.
I wonder what "Staawp" means in the following context. I guess, this sentence means the girls are saying "stop tagging around with me." because the boys garding them not to sink a shot. Am I right?

: The girls are all, “Staawp” when the guys guard them. Flirting, Williamson style.

I think it's just a way to try and show the way the girls are saying, "stop". It's not a real word. I think they said it in a way that was a "flirting" style.
