hello, I am a college student. Recently, my lifecycle is unsteady.
I wake up at eight every morning. and go to school. return to
home until seven o' clock at night. I'm very tired so soon I eat dinner
and I go to bed.
I awake in midnight! Finally I start do homework and etc.
I think this lifecycle is unhealthy. sometimes I late for school.
How can I improve my lifecycle?
Please your advice.

Well, to begin with... I am in some way the same :s:s:s
I wake up every morning at 7 am... and I come back home after school at 6pm. After dinner and things like that, I go to bed at midnight... but only manage to fall asleep about 1-2 am...
which means I only have 5-6 hours sleep a day. I always need coffee... but the cafeine affect is decreasing
Well, first: what time do you go to bed. In my case it's most optimal to goto bed at 10 pm... at that time I fall a sleep right away... Homework is something for after school and before you go to sleep. So manage to get more sleep... that way your concentration will be better the day after &c.
To unbreak your variable lifecycle, is to take the first good step _________________ A tiny ripple of hope |

I have similar problems with sleep and have tried things to improve sleep patterns that work if you can stick to them:
As soon as you get in from college/school have your tea straight away without any thought of doing anything else and getting distracted, then instead of wasting the night infront of the tv get straight down to work, it also helps if you find something to motivate you to do this. When you have done these two things the rest of the night is yours to enjoy how you want! Now you have however long you choose to do what ever you want in before going to bed at a set time. If you get up at 7 and it takes 2 hourse for you to get to sleep try to be in bed by 10. I hope this helps, let me know of any other suggestions!

When I was full time student, I worked part time came home at 7 cooked for my family, washed dishes and cleaned the kitchen and around 12am I would get to sleep. Well nothing has changed, now I'm not a student yet I work full time and do everything else the same. I found a trick to tireless day and mind. When I go to sleep. I lay flat and relax my body. I slowly watch my breaking as if I can hear it and feel it as it comes in and out of my body. In no time my mind is clear I think of nothing. I feel sound a sleep yet I feel wake. I wake up every morning fresh at 6:30am and do everything all over again. Clearn your mind of all things when you sleep. _________________ Hello I'm 23, interested in making pen pals, who are interested in having a friend and learning and sharing about each others culture.
