In my opinion,There are many various tourist attractions. For example many cultural place has the identity of each place, the temples in Shinto religion are very interesting for me,there are the high quality electric appliances that make from Japanese, the Japanese food is very good for health because it has low cholesterol and it delicious too, although the Japanese foods are less delicious than Thai foods. The main reason that makes me want to go to Japan is I want to know that Why Japan can develop the economics, the social and the education so fast after the world war II until having strongest economics in Asia. For KIKO question,I think if I have a chance to visit Japan,I will go to both places that KIKO asked because I like to the cultural places and I want to go shopping for the high technology electric appliances, too. Very Happy

Of course,
I will go shopping first.

Centainly,
I will also visit the tourism attractions,
as they are very famous.

However,
the most important to me is still shopping in Japan.

Indeed,
it is just my dream.
As we all know,
the consumer index is rather high in Japan,
the goods are very expansive relative to Hong Kong.
I think it is a same condition to other places.

When I visit Japan(it's my dream), the first thing I will do is to go to a japanese restaurant and I will "taberu"(=eat) a lot of sushi. Laughing
After, I will visit the places like temples and history monuments. I will make a lot of photographies, like tourist japaneses do. Wink
And then I will go shopping: first of all one kimono and then digital videocameras, a watch-mobile and a lof of tecnologicals things.
Sayounara !!

Go for the culture! You will learn so much more, and the deals in Akihabara aren't that great, anyway.
