|Do you ever slept hardly? I think every body has a difficulty in sleep sometimes. If you feel that you do not get enough sleep or satisfying sleep, you may have insomnia, a sleep disorder. Somebody think Insomnia isnít disease, So itís unnecessary to be treated. In my opinion, Insomnia must be treated in a short time for two reasons.
First insomnia can cause problems during the day, such as sleepiness, fatigue, difficulty is concentrating, and irritability. People with insomnia have one or more of the following 1.1)difficulty in falling asleep 1.2)waking up often during the night and having trouble going back to sleep 1.3)waking up too early in the morning 1.4)unrefreshing sleep.
Second Insomnia is chronic sickness. If a person has it at least 3 nights a week for 1 month or longer. It can be caused by many things and often occurs along with other health problems. Common causes of chronic insomnia are depression, chronic stress, and pain or discomfort at night.
In conclusion If you think you have insomnia, talk to your health care provider. Behavioral approaches to treatment focus on changing behaviors that may worsen insomnia and learning new behaviors to promote sleep. Techniques such as relaxation exercises, sleep restriction therapy, and reconditioning may be useful. What do you think about insomnia?
