Hello, everyone!!
We are middle school students in korea.
We have 'Wang TTa' in Korea.
Do you have any idea what it is?
It means that every students isolate one student from others.
and one student is treated distantly from other friends
<In Japan, it's called .'Ijimae'>
I want to know that you have this type of problem in your country or school.
Do you have any ideas for solving this problem?
Please, give your answer... |

This sounds the same as "Sending (someone) to Coventry". This means that everybody refuses to associate or speak to the person "sent to Coventry".
It is usually done for some egregious breach of social etiquette but not always. It can be used as a form of bullying.
You deal with it by ignoring it.
If it does not bother you it does not work.
At the same time seek out new friends and work hard at your education, career or whatever.
Take up Tae Kwan Do and learn the mental discipline that goes with such martial arts. You will emerge a stronger and better person.
Good Luck. |
