i am a Chinese girl, and there is a strong enemy who running through my motherland, right, everybody knows his name is SARS!! SO many people died of it ... My province government give a 20 days holiday to every shool.i think this is a special holiday for us.We couldn't go out to travel, couldn't prepare a party for my friends. The best way to keep healthy is stay at home all day, don't meet strangers. My mother clean the house use some disinfectants twice everyday, she open all the windows, clean the floor, very careful. All the people are nervous, so they go to the hospital or drugestore to buy some medicinal herbs. In fact, it's useless.A friend who will be a Chinese doctor told me that people want to spent lots of money to change a quiet heart.Maybe it's truth. When i saw the people who wore the antiseptic mask walking on the street, i think too much about the life. Life is a very frail thing for the world,it need protection at any time and anywhere. Please, care the chance to do everthing you want to do and you can do!

Hi,my friends. I'm Japanese girl. Fortunately there is no one who died of SARS in Japan. The other day however one Taiwanese doctor who was infected with SARS came to Japan. He didn't know he was infected. He traveled all over Japan with germs of SARS. So I'm worried that SARS will spread in Japan. But in Canada they could stop spreading of SARS. We can learn many thing from them. Anyway we should keep our health. Maintain our health and we will survive if we suffer from SARS.

i live in Wuhan, hubei province.although the epdemic isn't so serious here,i was totally shocked by the uncurable desease.i remembered on February this year ,me and my friends surfing on net, we were laughing at the news that most Cantonese queued for buying goods, herbs and white vinegar.the price of merchandise growing immediately.just because of a kind of pneumonia!Never imagined today we have to stay at home for a time ,without knowing which day we could released from the nightmare.the name is not pnewmonia, nor tuberculosis, but sever acute respiratory syndrom! we are not confident any more,we don't feel safe any more! if a person infected by the desease he would probably terrified by the fact that 6-7 percent people died from the desease. no cure has been found by now.
can science solve all the problem, i doubt it, cause there are already 696 people died of SARS, nearly half of them in china mainland.
Are human beings the most species in the world? i doubt it, cause we are so easily infected by a virus from animal!

I’m a Japanese girl. In Japan, SARS caused a lot of problems. For example, because of SARS, people don’t travel. So, many travel agencies were damaged. In addition, many Japanese workers in China have to return to Japan. I’m worried about Japanese economy.
Fortunately there is no one who is infected with SARS in Japan. But the person who is infected with SARS might be found in Japan soon. I’m worried if Japanese government can cope well with the problem.
I hope that this disease doesn’t spread any more!!

I am a Taiwanese and live in Taipei county now. Actually, there were many infected cases of SARS reported in Taipei city not a long time ago.
Because I work in Taipei city, I have to face the problem of possibly being infected with SARS. Frankly speaking, I think that the government of Taipei city didn't deal with the SARS problem very well at that time, which leaded to the wide spread of SARS in Taipei city afterward. At the moment in Taipei city, the epidemic of SARS is temporarily under control, and most people in Taipei could finally get a chance to slightly ease up. Although SARS is a new kind of epidemic, I believe that more effective remedy for SARS would be invented soon through the efforts and cooperations of so many medical specialists.
