Hi! Dear Rachel,
I agree with you on that, Taiwanese food is absolutely fantastic!
Well,I think my favorite is "Chinese fondu" which's different kinds of food(most of them are vegetables) boiled in a big pot with exotic flavor soup.
Then you can have it drained or have it with the soup.Just try it whatever you like.
Yes,exactly,it's the typical Taiwanese way~~~wildand natural!Just as Taiwanese people do.
There's one more I'm gonna to recommend which is~~~"Smelly dried to-fu"(I'm not sure about the translation)
Hm....it's a bit difficult to describe that, but you'll completely keen on it if you have a try.
I know it's realy smelly for some people, but in my opinion...that's the point why I fancy it.
Trust me,have a try when you visit Taiwan, you won't regret for being alive.
(p.s..."The chicken testicle" is worth to taste as well.)[quote="Bridget"][/b] |

|
|
Hiya:
"Pearls-milk-tea" perhaps is one of the most popular drinks in Taiwan, which has a really nice taste and a bit.....funny!
Why's that?
"Pearls-milk-tea" is a kind of ordinary milk tea,but what different is-we put some special chewy beans in it,that's why we name it "pearl".
The quality of the chewy beans is the point of a cup of "pearl milk tea".Basically, that is ,the chewer the better.
Only being Taiwan, you can simply have the most exotic pearls-milk-tea with it's lightly price. |

I like Japanese food too.
the taste of Sushi, Japanese soup are fantastic.
But it is too expansive I think.
My family usually go to a Japanese restaurant about two or three times per month.
I think Japanese food is most healthily food all over the world too.
Do you think about this? |
