New Year`s Day is Korea`s Big holiday.
Korean wears Korean traditional clother at this day.
And children perform a New Year`s bow to adult.
And family get together and they eat traditional Korean food such as rice-cake soup,ride
people think if people have one rice cake soup; people will get one year old.
New Year`s Day is the time for the family to get together.
Hey, guys. How about New Year`s Day?

New Year's Day is Japan's Big holiday, too.
Korean's New Year's Day and Japanese one are similar , I think.
Many Japanese wear traditional clothes , for example Kimono, and eat traditional food .  |

Hi,I'm Japanese.
In Japanese,we pay a visit to a shrine on New Year's Day.
Some people wear Kimono,and we spend with our family.
In the morning,we eat OSECHI.It's a Japanese traditional cook,and
children are given money by adults. |

Hello everyone! This is my first time to join this discussion forums.
I am a Chinese student. In our country, the New Year Day is also a very big holiday. During this holiday, we will prepare kinds of delicious food to celebrate. Furthermore, it is the best time for us to visit our relatives and friends. Nowadays, this traditonal holiday has changed a lot in my opinion. However, I still love this holiday a lot. |

In Thailand,New Year's day is abig holiday and big festival.I think the new year festival is the festival that everyone in my family join together and everyone will start their live again and left the past that is not good in the last year. I think it is the good festival for everyone in the world to countdown to begin to do the good things for their live and forget the bad things in the past.
In new year's day my family will see each other,join a party and talk about past year and plan for the next year. And for member that far away from home can come back home in this long vacation.
