Hello, everyone! My name is Lin Lin. Rolling Eyes I am a women's college student in
Japan. I'm from China. I would like to discuss woman's role in
today's society.

In the old days, there was discrimination between the male and female in
China.Women fought against all opposition for women's rights. So, today
women's place in society is much higher than old days.

Women can get any kinds of job like men. There are many female teachers, singers, doctors, workers and drivers today.
My mother works for the Meteorological Agency. She is an engineer.

There are a lot of female bosses in Chinese companies. How about in
your country?

Please answer these questions. Please tell your sex, age, and country(nationality).

1. Suppose that you (or your wife) are a manger of a company. You (or the
wife) get a higher salary than your husband. How do you feel?

2. Suppose that you share housework with your spouse. How do you
feel?

3. (For men only, please answer this question.)
Suppose you are a manager and you are wealthy. Your wife gets a job and she is very busy. How do you feel about the wife's work?

4. (For women only, please answer this question.)
Suppose you have a job and you like the job very much. Would you like
to keep working after marridge?

Yes, but they often don't get paid as much and not many of the main bosses higher up in companies are female.

Male, 21, USA

1. It wouldn't bother me that much, since we probably wouldn't have the same job. If it was the same job and we did the same work, it would bother me.

2. Not a problem at all.

3. If she is happy, i guess it is fine. Maybe I would get a job at the same place Smile.
