Dear sirs ,

the following passage i translated from my mother language into english
i would like you to check it for any grammar mistake :

Good Day,

With reference to your letter dated 26th of June in which you enclosed owner’s objection of imposing a fine as a result to vessel’s projector has been found to be not complying with rules of navigation for the third time
after it was cheched by the Inspector during vessel’s transit on 21.06.03.

Please refer to our letter No. 2115 dated 21st of june 2003 where we informed the mentioned vessel’s master during her transit (enclosed) and did not receive any respons or cmment from him.

Conclusively, and after what have been stated of checking the projector, we are affirming imposing a fine against the mentioned vessel according to the dcree refered to in this regard for this is the third transit with the same defect.

thanks in advance

Good Day, "Dear Sir" or "Dear Sirs" is the usual way to start a business letter.

With reference to your letter dated 26th of June in which you enclosed owner #8217s objection to imposing a fine as a result of vessel #8217s projector being found not to comply with the rules of navigation for the third time when it was checked by the Inspector during vessel #8217s transit on 21.06.03.

Please refer to our letter No. 2115 dated 21st June 2003 (copy enclosed) in which we informed the abovementioned vessel #8217s master during her transit but did not receive any response or comment from him.

Finally, after considering what has been stated about checking the projector, we are affirming imposing a fine against the mentioned vessel according to the decree referred to because this is the third transit with the same defect.

Yours faithfully,
signature of writer.

Dear Sirs,

We have received your letter dated 26th June 2003 in which you enclosed the owners' objection to the fine levied against vessel # 8217.

Enclosed is a copy of our letter (Citation or summons?)dated 21st June 2003 handed to the master of vessel #8217 during her transit. At the time he made no comment or reply.

Therefore we regret to inform you that as this is the third transit by this vessel with a projector that does not meet the navigation regulations(Section # and subsection #) we have no alternative but insist that the fine be paid.

.............................................................................Yours faithfully,

This is the general layout for a business letter.

I have made it a bit shorter and clearer than the original.

Note: If the paper has a printed letterhead already, you do not need to put the name and address of the sender.
(The dots before the name and sddress of sender, tel. # etc are just to hold them in place on the right of the letter. Dave's software tries to move it to the left margin.)
