In my opinions Thai food is the best healty food. I like to eat healty food. I think everyone like to eat healty food. If you never eat it let try it. You are going to like. You can eat in any Thai restaurant around the world. I recommend a couple of Thai food. The first one is PaPaYa Salad. It is a little spicy. It is great for your health and for the person who want to diet. The second one is ground pork, beef, or chicken with basil. I really like this one. This one is too spicy but it healty becuase you are going to get vitamine from basil. There are going to put a lot of garlid. Garlid is really good for your health... If you have any suggestion, comment, or opinois about Thai food please post on this board to share your idea.
