Dear Teacher.


we are used to put as a conclusion of our business email the following
phrase which i think it is not corect grammaticaly

"Please be guided accordingly in which we are waiting for your kind reply
by return


thanks for your asistance"

It is probably not correct and it is certainly an awkward phrasing. It also seems overly polite to me.

There are many ways to close a business letter (e-mail). Here are a few:

Please (Kindly) reply at your earliest convenience.

I (We) look forward to your reply. (Only use "we" if you really are a "we.")

Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you. (If the text of the message makes clear that you are asking for a reply, then this might be enough. It might be a little terse, depending on the tone of the message, and could be used if you are trying to convey that you are losing patience with the recipient. However, if the tone of the e-mail is cordial, a simple "thank you" would not be misinterpreted.)
