It's fiction. Fiction means that the events never happened in real life, and most of the facts are wrong anyway.

To be totally honest most of the facts that the assumptions are based upon in the movie are true. Seeing as how no real historian was actually there.... there is no real proof that what the movie suggests is false. It has proved to be a major hurdle for some religions, specifically Catholic, to overcome. If for no other reason watch it for the controversy it provides Smile

I saw the movie at the 18th of may.
It is really, really a great movie!
the storyline is great, and the same as the book.
Tom Hanks is really ''a prof. Langdon.'' I he looks exactly the same as I expected.

Everybody should see it...

I watched it last weekend. It was very interesting and exiting movie. Last year, I had seen the Da vinic code on the book. It is an interesting action mystery novel. The movie is as same as the book. This book is amazing; it made one think about the documented historical victimization of woman by the current and early Catholic Church. After read it, does it make you question history? Has history been written by the winners? I dont know.
