I loved the food that I ate in Thailand. Though, as someone else already said, its very spicey. It is also very inexpensive. The fruit was amazing (some things that I had never seen before!). My favorite thing was the spicy peanut sauce. I will be moving to Thailand in December, then I will tell you all about the food!

Hi! I'm from Thai.
In my opinion,If you want to know what thai food is tasty. I can't explain all about them because there're many menues.
same to kottan, Tom-Yum-Kung is a nice menu if you like a spicy taste.
but Tom-Yum is a realname of this menu. Kung is a thai word but in english means shrimp. There're more name of Tom-Yum, for example
Tom-Yum-Kai (chicken), Tom-Yum-Talae (seafoods)
another one is Som-Tum or english name is papaya salad.
In conclusion, I ate this menu about 5-6 times a week. it's pretty good!!
Do you think about Thai food?

welcome to thailand.

Very Happy hello everyone I'm thai . If you come to Thailand, you can eat very
delicious food . I would like to recommemd many thai food, such as Tom yam kung, which is shrimp spicy soup , Pat Thai , Green curry and Som tam;papaya salad and etc. All of above is the popular food for tourist. And there are many benefits for health in Thai food. Moreover Thailand has many interesting places such as WAt Pra Kraw , The Grand Palace which they located on Bangkok. But if you want to travel in the natural style, I suggest you that you should go to Chiangmai, Phuket and Krabi province. Every province has a good atmosphere . Now Chiangmai has the world plants festival. I believe that when you come to Thailand you must feel impress because Thailand is the land of smile.

Traditional food from Thailand are very hot, spicy and so on. And they are only delicious if they are spicy, from my point of view.
You know I come from Kunming it's in China and a little south of Thailand.
