 Are you kidding?
So you believe in miracles... What is a miracle? Isn't it to be alive, to wake up each day? To have a chance to solve our problems? To make everyone else happy? That's a real miracle! And that's what we need. Besides, we need to believe in Jehovah, our real and true God: not in onder to rewards, such as "I'm free from my illness", but to be free of sin: to know His purposes and His truth. That's the only way we are free: knowing more about Him and following his principles.
And, of course, believing in his promise of a world without pain, illness and death (Apo. 21:3,4). 
There's no human being who can do what he does, neither if he tries to be a mean. All you need is real (and reasonable) faith.
