The last year I went to NY to run 4 miles, it was very difficult, and the physical training conditions killed and was being very to me cold.
To run is very healthful, but it is necessary to be prepared.
That things have happened to you to you without having some previous training? |

Umm... well it wasn't exactly because of no trainning, but because I didn't warm up properly... I swim five times a week and last year I suffered from horrible backaches and I got a lession in my neck and shoulders. I had to go to therapy and take pills for my aches, I don't wish this to anyone who takes sports seriously, it was quite depressing, but now I'm trying to get to the level I was before the lession and I'm also warming up before excercising...
So, now you know, don't forget to warm up properly, at least for 15 minutes!! _________________ PURA VIDA! Carpe Diem

Yes, they are mate... And it's really shameful too... No one is supposed to feel pitty, but I guess I felt pitty for myself a couple of times when I was going to therapy. _________________ PURA VIDA! Carpe Diem
