If you can't speak English you will have great communication problems with foreign people, that's what I think.

I thing that the english is becoming the language that is used in all the contries, at least in CR if you know english you have a lot of possibilities to find a good job

I don't think English in itself is not such an important language, just like any other, but nowadays it has become important to understand and speak because of the reason ad-miral mentioned. What I think anyway. It's an interesting language though.

I think English is very important language.
Because many many people study English.
So if I can speak English,I can speak many people in the world!

I think English is a very important language because people in many countries speak English. That means if I can speak English, I can communicate with many people even though my English is bad. Further more, if I can communicate with many people from different countries, I can learn about their cultures from them. It�s really interesting to know other culture as you know. I know that talking to people from other countries is really interesting and enjoyable. I am also enjoying learning English. I really want to improve my English skills!!!!!!!!!

yeah, my point is that knowing English could privide you more chances to fetch more money no matter doing business or working as an employee & knowing more friends from the earth besides ur own country.

so it is important.

but if one day, if a country could replace U.S.A but not using English as the native one, the language of this country will be more important than English. do u think so?

Hi,

English is one of the important language in the world.
It is very difficult to communicate with other people.
In the business world more than you think.

The seconde language is Mandarin.
Many companies have branches in that country
and China would like to sell his products in all over the world.

What do you think?
