hey everybody.i'm a student and live in Vietnam. i hope when i graduate, i wll find a scholarship for going abroad in Singapore. but now i dont know i need to learn Toefl or Ielts, can u help me, plz? and give me ur advice. thanks  ]

Hello,
The best thing to do is to consult the institution in Singapore where you would like to study. They should be able to tell what their English entry requirements are and whether IELTS or TOEFL is preferable.

Hello all
Many institutions will accept both exams, and if this is the case then think about cost and value of the exam. Both have their good and bad points.
