More than half of people in China regard China of terrible lack of social fairness and justness

A recent survey titled " what are the most terrible lacking things in China in 2007 " launched by Chinese state-run newspaper named International Herald found that more than 59.9 percent of people in China regard China of terrible lack of social fairness and justness; 50.7 percent of people regard Chinese people of terrible lack of the courage of speaking up their own true views ; 34.5 percent of participants regard Chinese people of terrible lack of basic humanity culture; 22.52 percent of people regard China of terrible lack of a reasonable legal system; up to 27 February, 8460 people had taken part in this survey.

According to an expert in Shanghai social academy named Hanlong Lu which he said that legal systen is last safeguard for people to get fairness and justness, if there is not a reasonable legal system in China Chinese citizens will lost the last chance to protect their rights.
