Do you know the importance of health?
Health is more important any other things in our's life.
In my opinion,living on vegetable is the best way to keep good health.
When you eat meat, you'd better eat vegetables and fruits together.
Exercise is also very important for health.
So, I try to live on vegetables, but it is very difficult.
Sometimes, I'd like to eat meat .
Do you know easier than eatting only live on vegetables?

You can still eat healthy without living off vegetables. If you want to maintain your weight and your health try the following: whatever you eat, eat in small amounts and always drink water, it'll help fill you up faster. Try and stay away from sodas, they're not healthy for you and you can do without them. you can replace water with juice every now and then. Eat meat, but eat it in small amounts. (you need a minimum of 2 servings per day). And, of course, exercise! exercise! exercise! whatever you can do to stay active, do it and stay committed to it. I am not an expert or anything, these are just suggestions. I have tried them and they worked for me. _________________ Peace and Love |
