What you must do is you use tofu instead of meet. If you use meet, the calories are about 500 kiro. But If you use tofu, the calories are about 300 kiro. Hi~~pami! First, let me introduce myself to you . I'm come from China,my name is Christina. Usually my friends call me 77, you can also call me 77 . It's simple and I like it ,because it sounds like my Chinese name pronounced in my city language. Now I'm studying in Australia, I have been here for 6 months, unfortunately, my weight became biger and biger, from 45kg up to 55kg. soooooooooo terrible!!!! Don't you think so ???
