I like to eat food, too☆ Japanese food is very healthy!!
I like one-pot cooking called "Nabe" in Japanese
It fit in the winter because our body can feel hot . And it put all manner of vegetables, we can take valuable nutrient !!
I think one-pot cooking is the most diet food

For instance, natto, tofu,miso etc.
I like cooking, but I can't make so many Japanese dishes
