I agree with you. I love Japan's culture. I like the comics, but I love so much the japanese food. I want to go to Tokyo, but it's more expensive for me. I don't work in this moment. The language is very difficult:I don't speak japanese and I don't speak English too. |

Many of the japanese culture customs came from the old China . This is an unquestionable fact . So did Korean . So if western people really want to see the true root of the eastern culture, welcome to China . |

I once saw some Japanese movie stars in KiMONO, facinating! I heard it's is not very easy to put it on.
And I love some Japanese comics, too!
I knew that kyoto is a quaint city, I wish one day I could visit this place! |

People say that Japanese girls are more beautiful than Chinese girls. Maybe it's prejudice maybe it's true. _________________ If I say "I love you" to someone, then I also have to say "I also love everyone else inside you, I love the whole world because of you, I also love myself inside you." -- Erich Fromm, the Art of Love |

My name is Sang-eun, Park. I'm from Korea.
My major in university is Enlish but, I'm not good at English.
I have learned Japanese since 2001.
While I learned Japanese, I was interested in Japan and the culture.
I have never been to Japan yet, I'd like to travel there certainly.
If I have an opportunity to travel Japan,
I want to experience the culture of Japanese station lunch boxes.
I heard that Japan is famous for it.
It is said that lunch boxes in the particular station are very delicious,
so many tourists try to visit the place which sell the famous lunch box when they travel Japan.
Have you ever eaten the station lunch boxes?
Can you be more specific? |

Before you go, there are a few rules to remember:
In Japan, it is considered rude to eat or drink anything while on the commuter trains, ESPECIALLY when they are packed during rush hour.
It is okay, and in fact expected to eat a cold ekiben (eki-bento) on the shinkansen. So you will usually find decent quality ekiben at major shinkansen stations. In theory you can find them made with local specialty cuisines. But you really have to look for it. In my personal experience, they mostly seem to be the same standard food from station to station. For example, you can pretty much find a shumai (Chinese dumpling) bento or katsu-sando (pork cutlet sandwich) at just about any ekiben kiosk.
