I like dogs very much and there are two dogs in my fmaily . So I have seen a dog laugh. I believe dogs can laugh. Maybe you will think their mouth open because the weather is too hot instead of laugh.Why I am sure they can laugh. The eyes will tell you the turth.
Because the eyes will also laugh when the dogs laugh.

I have a dog, too. She is 8 years old, Siberian husky. She has feering just like human. I think when she feel plesant, she is laughing. And also when she is angly, she seems like in a bad mood.
