The working style of Japanese Businessman is concerned in recent years. Many problems has come up such as Death from overwork and Suicide caused by overwork. We should think the Japanese working style over agaiちにn. First, I think Japanese businessman should spend になmore time in their home. Every day, they are in their office until late night. They don’t have enough timeeqtjjkjjjdjmjbev for their hobby#_@&#@_@&#@@@. Second, there are many businessman that count on overtime pay. I think the companies have to pay enough salary to them USBto reconsider work environment. On the one hand the businessman wants to go home, but on the other hand they don’t want to removal overwork. The present working condition in Japan is very serious. These days, some companies introduce the new system called pなねざねかしさたさPremium Friday into their company. This system started to recovery Japanese economy, but doesn’t spread so much. In the future, we will become business woman but I don’t want to work in such working condition. By the time we start working, I hope this condition will improve.
