Hello Very Happy I'm Japanese student.

I am often feel stress in my daily life.
And sometimes I get irritated and feel gloomy.
In a case like that, I visit natural park and spend relaxed time.
Nature makes me happy and gives me energy starting from tomorrow again.
Nature is like a psychiatrist for me.

Do you feel stress??
How do you release your stress when you feel it??

Yes, I also feel some stress in my daily life!!!
I often sing a song when I feel some stress. Laughing
Waterfall helps to relieve my stress, too.
I'm Japanese.
I think most Japanese people don't say one's opinion, including me.
Especially, it tends to not say anything in the class or in front of many people. How about you??
So, I'd like to express my real feeling in my daily life.
And I try to do so.But it is very difficult for me. Rolling Eyes
I wish I could say my opinion wherever I am.
If you don't express your opinion,Let's try Wink
And our life will be more wonderful!!!!!

Chating with old friends is a good way to release stress because they can comfort you and give you some useful advise.
