Swimming is my favourite sport as it can make me relax and calm, benefit our health and it doesn�t spend much time. It�s a kind of full body sport.
I usually go swimming with my friends and swim about 400 m every time, but sometimes go there alone. I can think something while I am swimming. It doesn�t make me feel I am sweating.
In Taiwan I can go swimming in the winter as swimming pool in Taiwan usually open all year. |
