Hello, I'm Japanese, and live in Okinawa. Very Happy
Sometime I eat out with my friends in lunch time.
One of my friend is live in Tokyo now, he misses Okinawan food for long time.
In the end of this year, he'll come back to Okinawa with his winter vacation.
I want to go somewhere to have good lunch we've never eaten with him.

Does anybody knows some good place?
If you have some recommend cafe or restaurant, please tell me Embarassed

I recommend you to go 'mofg mona'.
It is near Okinawa International University in Ginowan-city.
These foods in there are delicious, you should try it.

Thank you for reading Laughing

hello! I' m also japanese. I live in tokyo. But I' m from okayama.
In fact , I was born in Philippines. Aside from it, When I was junior
high school student, I went to Okinawa. I visited Syuri castle ,
Ryukyu town , The tower of Himeyuri and so on. :)
I understood the war in okinawa and felt cruelty of war .
Aside from it , I think Lunch in okinawa is very delicious.
 Because I ate typical lunch like resturant. But I remember
murasakiimo and sanpin tea and so on. murasakiimo was very
dood. sanpin tea was terrible .
However I enjoyed spending this trip.

Ohh, that's too bad Crying or Very sad
But it is very popular in Okinawa, and almost everybody like the tea.
I heard that poeple not live in Okinawa doesn't like it.
Because of the smell and taste are so strong.
You feel same thing?

I hope you'll like some other food or drink of okinawa Very Happy

Hello. How have you been?
I have hated sanpin tea at that time.
But I want to try to drink it again now.
I have thought sanpin tea is like jasmine tea
because I have drunk jasmine tea.
I think having a culture is nice in the country.
I want to lay a hand on various culture.
Thank you!!
